Director of Sales - travel technology company
For our client, a travel technology company with offices all over the world, we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position of Director of Sales - Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company is the global leader in hospitality guest service technology.
• responsibility for sales and business development to increase sales and market share,
• managing a team of sales managers,
• full responsibility for a turnover of local country,
• establish and keep successful business relationships with clients,
• coordinate the quality control feedback system,
• reporting to the client and company through KPI action plans,
• monitor on a daily basis the standards achieved in each area,
• ensure that product & stock is managed and delivered effectively and meets the strict.
• min 5-year experience in hospitality industry and in a sales position,
• speaking and writing English and Czech/Slovak fluently,
• knowledge of the local market with connections in the hotels,
• be able to use modern technology such as internet and smartphone,
• excellent communication and influencing skills,
• engaging, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated person,
• a leader with a real passion for building a strong team.
